ohh ok hahaha just did the annual fruit cake thump... hahahhahaahahhahaha
well what you do is load up the cake pans full of yummy fruit and special top secret cake batter ( ehhaww))0> then you fill the pans... then each pan gets cut with a dull knive.. then you thump the pan like 45 times on the counter to get all the air bubbles out.... My fruit cakes are the best... this year is super yummy... LOl..
The cake have 6 pounds of organic candied fruit, 2 pounds of raisin one pound gold ,one pound black, 1 pound of dates, 1 pound pecans, 1 pound gound pecans, one pound of walnuts, 1/4 pound black walnuts, 1 pound cherries.. and my special spices... fruit cake heaven they are scenting the house with holiday cheer for the next 3 hours at 235 degrees... onnn ill post this on my blog...
